Who owns civic motors

I had a good experience buying a Honda Civic Touring with the help of Mo Hafid who walked me through the process as it had been eleven years since I bought a car. He organized its visit to my favourite mechanic who gave it the thumbs up.

He took the time to explain all the equipment new to me and set up my phone with the Bluetooth hookup, something that would have taken me hours to figure out.

I love my new car! Thanks Mo. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and overall, it felt like such a great atmosphere to be around. After finishing up, Peter took us around to introduce us to the service department so we know exactly what to do for our first servicing. Great dealership, and great honest people to work with!

I felt that the sales prices for both vehicles were very good considering the high cost of the cars. There was no issue with the new CRV, but the new Accord had some paint defects. As a result, the dealership ensured repair of the Accord within a few weeks, and furthermore, for compensation, provided a paint repair on the new CRV as well that was my fault.

While this wasn't an ideal situation for us nor the dealership, I felt that Civic Motors sales team did an outstanding job ensuring that the problem was fixed and to our satisfaction. A major thank you to the entire Sales team for taking responsibility and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Falsely advertised a brand new vehicle. After confirming price via email and showing up to purchase the vehicle, I was told that auto trader made a mistake with the price…even after having the aforementioned price confirmed. Vlad, Mo Fakih and Mo Hafid were all amazing to deal with.

I was never paid properly they will change the pay plan without letting you know with management turning a blind eye.

Garbage company and the management is so bad everybody is the boss It was a good place to work for at first. Until the company was sold And most of the original staff was pushed out by the new management and policies were changed to help line the new owners pockets instead of customers service and employee wellness.
